EXHIBITIONS

LYNN: Groundwork Gallery, Purfleet Street;
Until September 30, Wednesdays-Saturdays 11am-4pm, artists in residence, The Ground Beneath Our Feet.

Town Hall: Stories of Lynn:
Open daily,10am to 4.30pm, £3.95 adult, £2.95 concessions, £1.95 child, £9.80 family ticket, interactive displays telling the story of the history of Lynn.

Hunstanton lighthouse will be open to the public

Open Tuesday to Saturday, 11am-3pm, learn about the history of the North End fishing community, admission ££3.50, concessions £3, children over five £1.50, family £6.50.

Thursdays-Fridays, 10am-4pm, Saturdays 10am-1pm, discover Downham’s heritage, research facilities; exhibition – A Most Direct and Perfect Railway – how the building of the railway helped the town.

GRIMSTON: Old School Hall:
Wednesday to Friday, 10am-5pm, Art21 exhibition by local artists, free admission, refreshments available.

HOUGHTON: Houghton Hall:
Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Bank Holiday Mondays, 11am-5pm, house, gardens and parkland open, also Sean Scully exhibition Smaller than the Sky.
