Ladyboys of Bangkok to perform in riverside tent to save Pavilion Theatre show - Glasgow Live

The Ladyboys of Bangkok are returning to Glasgow.

The country's number one touring show will perform in the city as part of its Wonder Women Tour 2018, this October.

However, as a result of the ongoing closure of the Pavilion Theatre, the cabaret act will play at the Pink Sabai Pavilion tent, beside the Riverside Museum.

Organisers of the show say: "After the tragic temporary closure of our very own adopted home in Glasgow, The Pavilion Theatre, we will be bringing the sensational Pink Sabai Pavilion tent to Glasgow waterfront this autumn!

The Ladyboys of Bangkok will perform in a tent by the River Clyde

"Complete with two bars, a full size foyer including a tuk tuk, authentic Thai statues, exotic plants and a restaurant preparing authentic Thai food that leads into a fully hated 450 seated cabaret room."

The Ladyboys of Bangkok first appeared at the Edinburgh Festival 22 years ago.

With an attractive seductiveness of Hollywood mixed with the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas, there's never a dull moment in the Ladyboys of Bangkok's spectacular performances.
